Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over AED 75 (approx. $20 USD). Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee of AED 15.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

We ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Please allow the following estimated times after dispatch:

• UAE: 7–15 business days

• GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 10–18 business days

• Rest of the World: 12–22 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier backlogs. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using our Track Order page on the website.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the UAE, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@thesupremagear.com or via WhatsApp and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
