Our Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — or if it stops working within 30 days — we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. No need to return the item.

• Package lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days of dispatch)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Send your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue
• We will review your request within 24–48 hours
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Change of Mind Returns
As we ship directly from international fulfilment centres, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to review product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before ordering.
